He is survived by: his siblings, W. Walter Boothe, Noel Carlson (Charles), James W. Boothe (Karen), Patricia, Rose Johnson (Charles Dale) and Michael Boothe (Mary); his nieces and nephews, Traci Wagaman (Matt), Matt Carlson, Jason Boothe (Ericka), Missy Shaw, Nathan Riggins (Jaclyn), Kim Mullis (Jeff), Lisa Jury (Jeff), James Boothe (Megan), Trystan Boothe and Ana Durrenberger; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alissa Boothe (Jordan Lightcap), Owen Wagaman, Sarah Carlson, Ella Carlson, Kylie Chittim (Lewis), Brooke Boothe, Ethan Boothe, Kyra Boothe, Niklas Nystrom (Amber), Theoren Nystrom (Jordyn Burritt), Emelia Riggins, Dakota Webster (Breah Ellis), Katherine Makenzie Webster, Trevor Jury, Lucas Jury and Ryker Boothe; and also, Evalena, Ryan, Lyric, Liam and Oliver.
Wearing of facial masks and social distancing are required. Covid-19 limits a maximum of 50 attendees in the building at a time.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate assistance with funeral costs.
