She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Terry and Anna Terry; her spouse Francis "Frank"; her sons, Peter (Lori) and Michael (Ann); and her brother Kenneth Terry (Cheri).
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Policht and David (Valerie); and her grandchildren, Annamarie Policht, Elizabeth, Joshua, Jacob Zielinski, Isabella and Avery Zielinski. She is also survived by aunt on many nieces and nephews.
