He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Rzepien and Stanislawa Rzepien; his former wife Stefania Rezepien; his daughter Teresa Skiba; and his granddaughter Eva Skiba.

He is survived by: his wife Bronislawa Krzyzak; his children, Lucy, Ula, Agnes Rzepien, Mark and Robert Rzepien (Agnes); his granddaughters, Natalie, Alexandra Skiba and Adeline Rzepien; his great grandchild Armanie Skiba; and his siblings, Tadeusz, Mark Rzepien and Halina Tredowska. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the V-Foundation For Cancer Research.
