He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Fuchs (Mark) and Karen Mnichowicz (Angel Delgado); his former wife Theresa Mnichowicz; his brothers, Tony, Dennis and James (Anita); his nieces, Kimberly, Mary, Carolyn Mnichowicz and Heidi Ashbeck (Ryan); and his great-nieces, Sophia and Mia Mnichowicz.
