He was predeceased by: his brother John Guidotti (Roberta). He is survived by: his wife Debra Guidotti; his children, John and Katie Guidotti; his siblings, Rosemarie Johnson, Christopher Guidotti and Gina Marie Miller; his nieces and nephews, Penny Marie Belew (Andy), Ashley Marie Miller, Nora Foran (Patrick), James DeLuca, Brian Guidotti, Alyana Guidotti and Matthew Johnson; and his great-nephew Forrest. He is also survived by his wife, children, family and friends.
In the times we are facing with COVID 19, the family respectfully asks that you do not attend if you have any symptoms.
