He is survived by: his spouse Laurie; his parents, Louis and Janet; his parents-in-law, Lawrence Smaha and Roberta Smaha; his siblings, Jo-Anne Butt (Shawn Burchfield) and Louis Guccione Sr.; his grandparent Rose; his aunts and uncles, Sal Guccione, Annette Smittcamp (Bob), Frank Kostuch and Mariadel Kostuch; his nieces and nephews, Charlie Butt and Elizabeth Burchfield; and also, Heather Robertson, Beth Van Zuiden, Frank Kostuch II, Jeffrey Kostuch, Lindsey Harrsion, Steven Ruocco and Michael Ruocco.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for Drug awareness and prevention.
