With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia D'Anza (Roselle, Illinois), who passed away on October 3, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia D'Anza to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Heft and Lillian Coyne; her husband Sam D'Anza; her daughter Mary Jo Hanrahan; and her siblings, Henry Heft and Jacque Christofolo.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel D'Anza (Stella) and Sam D'Anza; her sisters, Linda Plesh (David) and Cindy Burke; her grandchildren, Patricia Phillips (Jason), Christine D'Anza, Michael D'Anza (Judy), Shelley Hurley (Jamie), Rachel Marshall (Scott) and Brittany Lorch (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Nicolette Barker (Jordan), Aliyah Callen, Heidi Phillips, Henry Phillips, Eli Phillips, Reeselyn Hurley, Theodore Marshall, Emerie Marshall, Maddon Lorch, Colton Lorch and Paxton Lorch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of Roselle (333 S Roselle Rd, Roselle, IL 60172). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Archangels Parish (1005 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's name to Holy Archangels Parish at St. Matthew Church.
