She was predeceased by: her husband Walter A. Setlock; and her parents, Joseph Ziulek and Catherine Ziulek. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Barfield (Isaac), Walter Setlock (Suzanne) and Bruce Setlock (Sandy); her grandchildren, Brian Barfield, Catherine Miller (Gregory), Rachael, Matthew and Michael Setlock; her great grandchildren, Samantha and Reagan Miller; and her siblings, John, Stanley, Matthew, Joseph Ziulek, Anna Glasso, Mary Chesniak and Stella Cardulla. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
