She was predeceased by : her parents, Juan Yap and Perptua Yap (Junio). She is survived by : her husband Dr. Marcos Sunga; her children, Khristina (Kurt Bischoff), Kharmene Sunga (Jonathan Grzywa), Khrystal (Adam Phelps), Khloe Sunga and Khristian Sunga (Alexandra Theisen); and her grandchildren, Cora Emmarie Phelps, Marco Dean Phelps, Miles Francis Grzywa and Katerina Marie Sunga Bischoff. She is also survived by six Siblings, numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to St. Joseph's Catholic Church (RR1 Box 140, 15 St. Joseph Rd, Elizabethtown, IL 62931).
