He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert E. Morse and Leta L. Morse; his wife Mary Ellen; his siblings, Kenneth Morse, Maxine Blair and Marlene Gaston; and his son-in-law Phil Volpert.

He is survived by : his children, James Morse (Jackie) of Danville and Karel Volpert of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Dr. James R. Morse II (Tammy) of Peoria, IL, Josie Persons (Chanc) of Rossville, IL, Jannah Coon (Geoffrey) of Ogden, IL, Andrew Volpert (Leigh) of Springfield, IL, Timothy Volpert of Morton, IL and Mary McCool (Clint) of Hoopeston, IL; his great grandchildren, Tyler Morse (Lindsey), Madison Morse, Alex Morse, Andrew Savage (Megan), Thomas Savage, Mason Coon, Aiden Coon, Mia Volpert, Mavis Volpert, Brandon Volpert, Benjamin Volpert, Murphy McCool and Maya McCool; and his brothers, Richard and Dennis Morse.

Memorial donations may be made in Frank's name to the Rossville-Alvin Grade School or the Rossville United Methodist Church.
