He is survived by : his wife Louise Buck (Schafer); his children, Jason Buck (Amanda), John Shutes (Jill), Jennifer Harris (Jared) and Jamie Judy (Rodney); his sister Laurie Huff; his grandchildren, Siera Shutes, Robert Joseph Shutes, Brenner Harris, Taylor Judy, Ryan Judy, Kyle C. Judy, Ryleigh Buck and Easton Buck; his niece Stephanie Ball (Chris); his great-nephews, Andrew Layner and Jackson Layner; and his mother-in-law Juanita Wendt.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made in Joe's name to the Mustard Seed Christian Daycare of Rossville, American Heart Association, or donor's choice.
