He is survived by : his spouse Euna Bray; his children, Bobbi Phillips (Cordie) of Rossville, IL, Joe Foster of Alvin, IL and Tom Foster (Susan) of Bellflower, IL; his sister Bette; his grandchildren, John Kinnett (Becky), Guy Foster (Jennifer), Logan Foster, Tony Foster (Chelsea), Kayla Foster, Tee Billings and Hayden Foster; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Garet, Blake, Eli and Asher; and his great great grandchildren, Landon and Kendal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
