He was predeceased by : his father Ransom Bell (Ramsey); his wife Martha Strawser; his son William Bell; and his siblings, Carol Deck, Edna "Babe" Carter, Charles Bell and Gene Bell.
He is survived by : his children, Bobbette Asbury (Bert) of Penfield, IL and Marty Bell (Lolita) of Ashland, OR; and his sister Grace Christiansen of Missouri. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
