With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Sue Morts (Rossville, Illinois), born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Donovan Smith and Violet Smith (Clemmons); and her daughter Judy Lynn. She is survived by : her husband Lloyd William Morts; her children, Terry Alexander of Roseville, IL, Janet Glenn (Ron Kolacek) of Sun City, AZ, Nancy Turner (Marvin) of Veedersburg, IN, Donna Houmes (Doug) of Vail, AZ and William Lloyd "Billy" Morts (Tammy) of Fayetteville, GA; her sister Alice Mann of Stonefort, IL; and her grandchildren, Jenny Real, Megan Glenn, Alexsha Alexander, Amanda Alexander, Cody Morts and Tristen Morts.
