She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Kiszka and Edward Kiszka. She is survived by: her husband Kermit Hayes. She is also survived by her 1 nephew, her 3 nieces, her many great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the City of Hope Cancer Center in Zion or the American Cancer Society.
