He is survived by: his children, Deborah Mazurek, John Mazurek (Candie) and David Mazurek (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Brandon Mazurek, Matt Mazurek (Kelley), Ryan Mazurek (Alli), Alex Mazurek (Jose Gonzalez), Sam Mazurek (Brynn Weiss), Max Mazurek, Sara Mazurek and Becca Mazurek; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Liam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
