He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald G. Newby and Florene A. "Sally" Newby (Drath); and his sister Donna Newby Burton. He is survived by : his children, Marie Nicole Newby and Donald P. Newby (Corina); and his siblings, Thomas, William Newby and Sally Knapp.
