It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Edward Mahoney (Round Lake, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Mahoney and Mary Mahoney (Gallagher); his wife Fay Mahoney; and his brothers, John Robert, Edward and Patrick Mahoney.

He is survived by : his children, Evelynn "Lynn" Carroll, Michael Mahoney and Colleen Ross (Ray); his grandchildren, Kaylee Gebhardt, Tara Dowd, Sean Dowd and Ryan Carroll; his great grandchildren, Hope, Sean Jr. and Annabella; and his siblings, Terry, Michael, Gregory, Timothy, Mark Mahoney and Mary D. Strong.
