He was predeceased by : his father Emmett Cantlin; and his son John Wayne Cantlin. He is survived by : his mother Linda Cantlin (Pucci) of Ottawa; his former life partner Barbara Johnson; his wife Barb; his daughter Jodi L. McDermith (Dustin) of Harrisburg, NC; his grandchildren, Taylor, Mason and Addison; and his sisters, Janet Lane of Chicago and Judith Ho (Tim) of Boston, MA..
Under current State of Illinois guidelines face coverings and social distancing will be required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for charities to be determined.
