With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim McPherson of Rural, Illinois, born in Elderton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 30, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Roy and Alice Ann Hindman McPherson; and his sister Georgie McDonald. He is survived by : his wife Jeanette McPherson of Rural Mansfield, Illinois; his children, Mickey Jay McPherson of Urbana, Illinois and Vicki Elder (John) of Minnesota; and his grandson Casey J. McGarry of Oklahoma.
