He was predeceased by : his parents, A. P. Reid and Harriette Geotze Reid. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Joy Schlue; his children, Chad Reid (Brooke) of Hughesville and Kimberly Cavener (Brent) of Houstonia; his grandchildren, Easton, Hadley Reid, Taggart and Clayton Cavener; his sister Catherine Meyers (Jim) of Leavenworth, KS; his nieces, Megan Starbuck (Brett) and Katelin Meyers; his great-niece Berkley Meyers; his great-nephew Grayden Starbuck; and his aunt Georgia Reid.
