He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Duncan and Vera Payne Duncan; and his sister-in-law Peggy Duncan. He is survived by : his brothers, Jack Duncan and Dick Duncan; his nephews, Gary (Erica Todd), Michael Duncan (Julie) and Sean Duncan; his great-niece Jamie Duncan; and his great-nephews, Matthew Duncan, Andrew Duncan and Ryan Duncan.
