He is survived by : his children, Paul Marsh of Milan, Amy Marsh of Sarasota, Shelby Shelton of Ana, Robbin Loucks (Rick) of Milan, Russell Marsh of Gilson, Frank Seaman (Becky) of Mount Vernon and Joyce Kirk of Hillsboro, Illinois; and his siblings, Diane Upoff of Peoria and Dan Marsh (Mary) of Carbondale, Illinois.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.

Memorial contribution may be made to the family.
