He was predeceased by : his parents, Oral E. Smith and June Smith (Rawdin); and his brother Terry D. Smith. He is survived by : his wife Carol of Trilla; his children, Cindy Olmstead (Paul) of Trilla and Jeff Closson of Paris; his siblings, Earl Smith of Trilla and Nancy West (Bob) of Trilla; and his grandchildren, Candice Shields (Curtis), Morgan Closson, Mason Closson, Devin Olmstead, Ethan Olmstead and Aubree Olmstead.
