He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Halvorson and Lucille Halvorson (Folie); and his sister Carolyn. He is survived by : his former life partner Sandra Maras; his wife Sandi; his sons, Chad Halvorson (Jenny), Kirk Halvorson (Dawn) and Neil Halvorson (Cathy Gates); his grandchildren, Hannah Halvorson (Blayne Sundstrom), Katy Halvorson, Hunter Halvorson, Morgan Halvorson and Moira Halvorson; his siblings, Gary Halvorson (Fran) and Susan Halvorson; his uncle Stan Folie; and his aunt Jeannette Ophaug. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
