It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Fruendt (Saint Anne, Illinois), who passed away on November 9, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Schaafsma and Gertrude Schaafsma. She is survived by: her husband Ken Fruendt of St. Anne; her children, Jim, Joel, Suzanne Fruendt of Batavia, Jay, Dana Fruendt of Bourbonnais and Julie Fruendt of Momence; her grandchildren, Nick, Ariel Fruendt, Sara Fruendt, Elizabeth Fruendt, Adam and Emily Wojnowski; her great grandchildren, Hannah Wojnowski and Hailey Wojnowski; her brother Bill Schaafsma; and her sister-in-law Joann Schaafsma of St. Anne.
