He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Benoit and Mary Benoit (Francis); and the mother of his children Celeste Elizabeth Harrison. He is survived by: his children, John Bennett (Donna) of Seattle, Kristin Baker of Seattle and Debra Nowak (David); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Grace and Charlotte Rose of Geneva, IL; his sister Mary Louise MacNeill (Arthur) of South Carolina; and his sibling's children, Carolyn McCarthy (Horan), David Horan and Stephen Horan. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
