He is survived by: his parents, Robert Donnelly and Ann Donnelly; his stepsons, Ted and Tom; his daughters, Kathy Donnelly of Louisville, KY, Laura Allen (Chris) of Hilton Head, Olivia and Lily; Ted Foster (Natalie) of Eden Prairie, MN, Emma, Sophie, Will, Tom Foster (Mary) of Geneva, IL and Simon.
