He is survived by: his wife Marcella; his children, Todd S., Charles F. and Carol J. Fredricks; his grandchildren, Kristen Anderson (Kurt), Lauren Hewell, Todd S. Hewell, IV, Allison Hewell, Stephen Hewell (Alysse) and Kerrilyn Hewell; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Henry, Margaret Anderson and Leighton Hewell.
