He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Haslett and Edith Haslett; his wife Betty Jane Haslett; his siblings, Robert Haslett, Clarence Haslett, Willie Haslett, James Haslett, Claude Haslett, K. V. "Cap" Haslett, Thelma Calvert, Iva Kirby, Edna Lyles, Violet Love and Verla Hansen; and his siblings-in-law, Maude Haslett, Ruth Haslett, Marvelle Haslett, Velma Haslett, Melva Haslett, Orlando Calvert of Clifford Kirby, W. G, Leonard Hanson, William Cook and Joe Smith.
He is survived by : his children, Marty Haslett (Crystal) of St. Elmo, Illinois, Janelle Dilley (Bruce) of St. Elmo and Jeannine Rippetoe of St. Elmo, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Love of Owensboro, Keith Haslett, Katherine Cook, Helen Smith and Margaret Haslett of Beecher City, Illinois. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may go to Fairview Church Cemetery, Springhill Cemetery or the donor's choice.
