It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Parker of Saint Jacob, Illinois, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Parker and Mahala Parker; his wife Martha Parker; and his siblings, Bonnie Eastman, Ted Parker and Lenora Cowen.

He is survived by : his children, Angie Lawson (Tim), Jack Parker (Kelly) of Highland, IL and Ed Parker (Danielle) of Vandalia, IL; his grandchildren, Nicole Baquet (Scott), Savannah Jensen (Casey), Chelsea Moore (Joe), Aaron Pinkel (Danielle), Nicole Lawson (Matt Grolemund), Cody Lawson, Brianna Parker, Jacob Parker and Kyndall Parker; his great grandchildren, Dominick Baquet, Elora Jensen, Baby Girl Jensen, Lilyahna, Juliette and Memphis Pinkel; his sister Marilyn Lackey; and his friend Walker "Doug" Malone (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
