She is survived by : her mother Betty Pollard (Stroud); her children, Jody (Starla) of Murphysboro, Illinois., Nadia Shenshen (Eddie Seawood) of St. Louis and Samia Shenshen (Hassan Amniser) of Salem; her grandchildren, Saade Amniser, Zacia Amniser, Aisha Amniser, Roudina Amniser, Ayaa, Tasneem, Monstir, Moayad Basyouny, Islam Basyouny, Taher Basyouny, Sabrina Pendleton, Skylar Glisson, Sitara Glisson and Allen Nelson; and her siblings, Donnie Manning (Nancy Eagan) of Salem, William Nelson of Texas, Lee Nelson of Texas, Melanie Knier of Texas, Lanee (Terry Atteberry) of Salem and Madonna Manning of Oblong, Illinois..

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Church of the Nazarene (1900 N Broadway, Salem, IL 62881).
