We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Merle Ernest Quandt of Salem, Illinois, born in Iuka, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Max F. Quandt and Minnie Quandt (Brinkman); his wife Lorraine D. Sokolnik; his son Richard Quandt; and his siblings, Irvin Quandt, Hazel Schmidt, Marie Kleeman and Edythe Adams.

He is survived by : his son Robert Quandt of Salem; and his granddaughter Laney Grace Quandt.
