He is survived by: his parents, Lester E. and Simone McShanog (Stassart); his spouse Marilyn Harmon; his sister Virginia Foster of Watseka; his nieces, Julie Ann Ladd (Larry) of Watseka and Mary Beth Firestone (Dix) of Dayton; and his friends, David Washington (Amy) of Savoy and Charlotte of Savoy.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
