She was predeceased by: her father Richard Zochowski. She is survived by: her mother Therese Zochowski of Schaumburg; her siblings, Suzanne Anthony and Richard Zochowski; and her nieces and nephews, Jason, Ryan Zochowski, Miranda and Kaitlyn Anthony.

In liu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
