He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Webb and Thelma Webb (Nevill); and his brother Dennis Webb. He is survived by: his wife Ella Dean Webb (Wingo); his children, David Webb of Centralia, IL, Danny Webb (Trisha) of Sesser, Cynthia Rhoads (Jay) of Sesser and Beth Winget (Mike) of Mulkeytown; his grandchildren, Tara Roberts (Craig), Jamie Parsell (Lyman), Chad Webb, Brittany Montgomery (Brendan), Lacey Sprong, Luke Winget and Lily Winget; and his brothers, Richard Webb of Union, MO and Barry Webb of Fort Meyers, FL.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Bear Point Free Will Baptist Church in Sesser.
