It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty A. Rincker Giberson of Shelbyville, Illinois, born in Owensville, Missouri, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Jim Cook; her former life partner Gaylord Ferdinand Rincker; her husband Norman Gene Giberson; her mother Esther Cook Williams (Walls); her stepfather Alva C. Williams; and her grandson Justin Welton.

She is survived by : her daughters, Jackie Schoby (Rick) of Decatur, IL and Sue Borders (Richard) of Sullivan, IL; and her granddaughters, Kimberly Blomberg (Scott) of Springfield, IL and Nicole Nohren (Matt) of Sullivan, IL. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Shelbyville or the Shelby County Honor Guard.
