Fowler of Shelbyville, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Patricia Doty; her former husband Scott M. Donald; her father-in-law David Donald; and her grandparents, Richard and Dolly Doty.

She is survived by: her husband Terry D. Fowler; her children, Heidi Taylor (Adam) of Shelbyville, IL and Josh Donald (Taylor) of Newton, IL; her parent Patricia Mahon of Decatur, IL; her sisters, Brenda Foster (Jeff) of Litchfield, IL and Mary Jo Long of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Sam, Beau and Ivy Taylor; and her parents-in-law, Jesse Fowler of Chillicothe, IL and Dolores Donald of Shelbyville, IL..
