With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank M. Mulholland (Shelbyville, Illinois), born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on August 13, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Royce Mulholland and Dorothy Mulholland (Hummer); his sisters, Kathleen and Linda Mulholland; and his brother-in-law Linus Nosbisch.

He is survived by : his children, Melissa Clark (Towner), Frank Mulholland St (Molly), Royce Mulholland of Manassas, VA., Mary Mason (John) of Schaumburg, IL and Natalie Mulholland (Jody); his grandchildren, Candice Alms (Travis), Chris (Kendra), Sam Clark (Sadie), Vivian, Frank Mulholland III, Zoey, Jada Mulholland, Jason, Ariel Cravens and Maggie Mason; his wife Karen Cooper; his stepchildren, Christopher Cooper (Stephanie) of Berthoud, CO, Laura Cooper (Ryan Burner), Shawn Cooper of Mattoon, IL, Hannah, Ned Burner and Greyson Cooper; his sister Rebecca Mulholland-Brown; his niece Ginny Mulholland of Naperville, IL; his great-nephew Trenton (Stephanie); his great-niece Reagan; his siblings-in-law, Connie Nosbisch, Marlene Nosbisch (Dave Novosielski), Sharon Nosbisch and Ken Nosbisch (Shannon); and also, Afton and Amelia Cooper. He is also survived by his family and enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids.
