He was predeceased by : his parents, Holly Ray and Letha Augusta Wagner (Pfeiffer); his brothers, Lowell and Cleo Wagner; and his granddaughter Courtney Wagner.

He is survived by : his sons, Brock Wagner of The Villages, FL, Blair Wagner (Lynne) of Paola, KS and Brad Wagner (Anne) of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church, Shelbyville.
