It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Osborne (Sheridan, Illinois), born in Lebanon, Indiana, who passed away on January 11, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Osborne and Martha Osborne (McClaine); and his brothers, Bobby E. Osborne, Randall R. Osborne and Gregory A. Osborne.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Ragsdale of East Moline; his brothers, Terry Osborne of Silvis and Jeff Osborne of Davenport, IA; and his sister-in-law Linda Osborne of Davenport, IA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
