He is survived by: his wife Ora Neely (Forbs); his daughter Stacey Kirby (Jeff) of Lee Summit; his stepsons, Dewayne and Jeff Forbs of Paragould, AR; and his grandchildren, Clayton, Cody, Morgan Kirby, Bryan, Jason Forbs, Zeppelin and Kodi Harp. He is also survived by six siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
