She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kolinek and Stephanie Kolinek; her husband Albert R. Motyka; and her siblings, Sylvia Kolinek and John Kolinek, Jr. (Jeanette).

She is survived by : her children, Richard B., Robert J. (Julie), Mark M. and Lauren A. Kalensky (Michael); her grandchildren, Amy Heine (Karl), Cindy Motyka and Peter Motyka; and her great grandchild Sean Heine. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
