We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2024, at the age of 75, Joan Ellen Matejka of Shorewood, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Jaeger and Bonnie Jaeger; her siblings, Lynda Jaeger, Chuck Jaeger and Timothy; and her sister-in-law Gloria Wilson.
She is survived by : her husband Wayne W. Matejka; her children, Jeff Matejka (Sue) and Colleen Rigdon (Chris); her grandchildren, Brody Squires, Charlotte, Carter Matejka, Addison Rigdon and Christopher Rigdon, Jr.; her siblings, Phillip Jaeger, Gail Wrzesinski (Joseph), Jim Jaeger (Mary), Steve Jaeger, Mary Calabria, Monica Lubben (Mike) and Patty Jaeger; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Wilson and Gail Jaeger. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
