She was predeceased by: her husbands, Paul De Salvo and Lawrence Grudziecki; and her sister-in-law Linda Segal. She is survived by: her children, Donna La Barbera (Joe), Debbie De Salvo (Troy Grospitz) and Paul De Salvo (Karen); her grandchildren, Kayley La Barbera, Joey La Barbera, Troy Grospitz, Anthony De Salvo and William De Salvo; her siblings, Elaine Howard, Howard Segal (Jan) and Robert Segal (Debbie); and her close friend Mary Lou Mazurek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Barbara's name to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
