He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitfield Hillyer and Elinor Hillyer. He is survived by: his sons, Michael of Glenview, IL and Robert (Jamie) of Tucker, GA; his brother Stephen of Chicago, IL; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Vivienne and Jonathan (Charlene Thomas) of Tucker, GA.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The inurnment will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (9900 Gross Point Rd, Skokie, IL 60076).
