He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine A. Becker; his son Nicholas J. Becker; and his brothers, John (late Bodil), Frank Becker, Richard Glessner, Harvey Glessner and Harold Diez.

He is survived by: his children, Pamela Becker and Gail Hack (Lenny); his grandchildren, Jessica and Judson Hack (Nadia); and his great grandchildren, Sofia Pizzolato, Katie Hack, Rebecca Hack and Luke Hack.
