She is survived by: her husband James H. Lesko Jr. of Somonauk, IL; her sons, James Lesko, III (Neikeia) of Sandwich, IL, Anthony Lesko (Olivia) of Sandwich, IL and Joshua Lesko (Cassandra) of Sheridan, IL; her siblings, Catherine Kappeler (Scott) of Somonauk, IL and Timothy Formanek of Fayetteville, NC; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Ann Formanek of Streator, IL and James Ward of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
