He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Daraban, and Geraldine Daraban, Sr. (Moutray); and his sister Eileen Daraban. He is survived by : his children, Jessie Daraban (Missy) and Louis Fox (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Jakob, Joseph Daraban, Chelby and Rylen Fox; his sisters, Linda Koster (Michael) and LouAnn Daraban; his nieces, Kelley Gruca (Phil), Jessica Langley (Tom), Carrie Mathes (Bill) and Robin Tabbert (Garrett); and his close friend Howard Notson. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, June 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sandwich Moose Lodge (1002 E Church St, Sandwich, IL 60548).
