It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shala Tyra (Somonauk, Illinois), born in Sandwich, Illinois, who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother June Werner (Rollo); and her brother Dale Werner. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Tyra; her sons, Terry Tyra of Oswego, IL and Ray Tyra (Kim) of Naperville, IL; her siblings, Sheri Halverson of Arizona and Larry Werner (Delores) of Somonauk, IL; her grandchildren, Kassandra Tyra, Aaron Tyra, Alex Tyra, Joshua Castleman, Katherine Castleman and Madison Tyra; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Linkin, Apollo and Willow. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
